Making payment (full or partial) for services

Approving project commencement via written or digital confirmation

Continuing to engage our services after being provided access to these Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between FJI Media and the client and operate in place of a signed physical contract unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

A hyperlink to these Terms may be provided in place of a physical contract, and continued use of our services confirms acceptance.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work

Work may require upfront or staged payments depending on the project

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

Supply content, access, and materials required for service delivery

Review and respond to project updates within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

7. Revisions and Amendments

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

Projects include reasonable revisions within scope

Additional revisions outside scope may incur additional charges

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed

We retain the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing

9. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Downtime or failures of third-party platforms (including Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google, or Meta services)

Errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-supplied information

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:

These Terms are breached

Payment obligations are not met

Behaviour is abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate

Continued cooperation is not reasonably provided

11. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
